Lia Jackson
Hello, my name is Lia Jackson and I am originally from Toronto, Canada but have also lived for a significant amount of time in Bucharest, Romania where my family is originally from. I am in my last year of my undergraduate focusing on mathematics but also getting a minor in Economics. Outside of my academic life, I have been quite involved in student associations such as being the Treasurer for Extensus and the Consulting Director for 180 Degrees Consulting Amsterdam here at UvA.
I will be working in the Deal Flow division here at ASIF which I am very excited to begin! previously did an internship in consulting for start-ups at Forward Inc, and I really enjoyed working in that space. I wanted to continue exploring this interest but on the other side, so instead of working from within the start-up, having the chance to analyze different business ideas and team dynamics to get a more comprehensive understanding of the entire process.
